Computer Voice Systems, Inc. began in 1989 as an interactive voice response service provider. That was the beginning. Since then, we designed and implemented a billing system for our own use. It has worked so well that we refined and expanded it to meet the ever-growing requirements service providers in the telecommunications industry.

DependaBill™ is now in its third generation, and it has proven to be an
advanced, reliable, robust solution. In addition to a core billing module, we have added a customer-care module, provisioning, support for additional services, as well as many other convenient modules and features requested by our customers .

We are constantly developing new modules and enhancing the existing ones in order to keep our clients up-to-speed with the newest standards in the telecommunications industry.
