Each billing
cycle, a number of operations are undertaken by both
Computer Voice Systems and each of our clients.
On
a daily basis, Computer Voice Systems downloads call
detail records in raw format from our clients' carriers.
DependaBill™ Back Office, which runs at our
site, types the calls, rates them, applies taxes,
and, finally, appends all the data in your client
and rate plan database for billing.
Your
staff uses the DependaBill™ graphical user interface
to input all the information about your customers,
their locations, their circuits, their rate plans,
their payment options, etc.
All
this information is imported into your database at
the end of the billing cycle. That's when our powerful
servers start generating your bills. They can be presented
in paper format, or electronic format-either on CD
or directly on the web. You can give your customers
that choice.
