INFOline™
is an automated real-time price quote market information
system. It will allow you to access live price quotes
24 hours a day. It can also serve as a valuable means
of communication between you and your broker. All
you need to take advantage of this convenient system
is a touchtone telephone.
Please
take some time to read the following instructions
so you can familiarize yourself with INFOline™
and learn how to take advantage of all its useful
functions.
Call
INFOline™ at the number listed on the cover
of your manual. Our system will prompt you to enter
your 5-digit account number and a 4-digit access code.
If you are denied entry into the system, call your
broker's customer service number and confirm that
1) your account is in the system and 2) your broker
has your last four digits of home telephone number
and it is in the system.
Once
you have logged in, you will hear the following Main
Menu:

Price Quotes, Press
.
With this main menu selection you can: listen to your
personal quote file, create or change your own quote
file, and get quotes that aren't in your personal
quote file.
For Account Status , Press
.
Account status reports open positions, margin requirements,
margin excess, net liquidation value, open trade equity
and total equity as of the close of the previous business
day.
To
Transfer To The Trade Desk , Press
.
This selection will immediately transfer your call
to your trade desk.
For
Hotline Updates , Press
.
If hotlines are available through
this number you will hear a menu of hotlines to choose
from. If no hotlines are recorded, you will hear:
"There is currently no recording for this hotline."
For
Price Alerts , Press 
.
Set price alerts for specific contracts and INFOline(TM)
will call you to report when your price is hit.
For
Personal Settings , Press 7
. Change your current access code, record your name
and enter your call back phone and/or FAX number with
this feature.
For
Help With INFOline(TM) , Press 
. This function provides online help with your personal
quote file and constructing quote codes, or allows
you to speak with a customer service representive.
To
Quit , Press 
. This will disconnect you from INFOline™
When
you press
(Price Quotes), you'll have the following choices.
to hear your personal quote file
to enter individual quote codes
to modify your personal quote file
to reset your personal quote file
for quotes on your open positions
to return to the Main Menu
Here's
what each function means.
Function

Hear Your Personal Quote File.
By
pressing ,
INFOline™ will read all the quotes in your personal
file. You set up the file
yourself by using Function 3 (Modify your personal
quote file). As you're listening, you can press
again to fast forward to the next quote in your file
or press 
to return to the
main menu. After you've listened to your personal
quote file, INFOline™ will return you automatically
to the price quote menu.
